ABOUT US

Innovation Planning Australia is a planning, development and environmental consultancy. With years of experience in both the public and private sector, and a broad range of skills, our professional team at Innovation Planning Australia is capable of providing successful outcomes for our clients.

Innovation Planning Australia Pty Ltd was established in 2001 by Robert McGuinness, Director and Principal Consultant. The company provides high quality, specialist services in land use and environmental planning, strategic and statutory planning, development advice, and urban design.

With 'innovation' as our company ethos, we strive to provide our clients with practical and environmentally responsible solutions in development

Project approval is a pivotal stage in the construction cycle and has huge implications for a project's outcome. Delays in the approval phase have the potential to significantly derail development projects, costing time and money. The appointment of experienced professionals is important in ensuring that concepts and plans come to fruition in a timely manner.

PROFESSIONAL ALLIANCES

Innovation Planning Australia has developed professional alliances with a number of key environmental, architectural, engineering and technical consultants. By achieving this, project teams can be created with specialist skills and experience, tailored to the specific needs of each project.
