"Littlefields Mulgoa"
Located on the corner of Littlefields Road and Allan Road in Mulgoa in Sydney's west, this seniors housing project includes 122 dwellings (110 apartments and 12 detached dwellings) and community centre.

Innovation Planning Australia was the project manager for Littlefields Mulgoa, as well as having design input, negotiating with Council, preparing the Statement of Environmental Effects, SEPP 1 Objection for a building height control, BASIX Certificate, Social Impact Statement and Salinity Assessment.

Constraints and challenges for this site included:

• Bush fire prone land
• Proximity to a heritage item
• Proximity to a watercourse
• Remnant Cumberland Plain Woodland
• Moderate salinity potential
