DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS

One of our core services is the preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects, required to accompany every development application.

Innovation Planning Australia will also project manage complete development applications including drawing together specialist subconsultants, manage the design process, and prepare Statement of Environmental Effects and planning report to address all statutory, regulatory and environmental issues. We will then steer the development application through the Council approval process, all in consultation with the client.

Alternatively, we are also more than happy to work within a project team managed by the client or other consultant.
