Master Planning involves setting out the overall design and layout for a site, and may include buildings, open spaces, transit corridors and green spaces. The process involves environmental assessment, development of options and stakeholder consultation.

Based on a strategic land use assessment, we can assist in the masterplanning of the site to ensure development occurs in the most cost effective and environmentally responsible manner whilst responding to surrounding constraints.
