STATEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS

A Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) is required for most development applications to Councils.

The SEE provides a site description, an overview of the proposed development, design commentary, and an evaluation of the proposed development against all relevant planning controls including State Environmental Planning Policies (SEPPs), Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and Development Control Plan (DCP).
