SEPP 1 OBJECTIONS

The State Environmental Planning Policy No 1 - Development Standards provides flexibility in the application of planning controls in circumstances where strict compliance with those standards would be unreasonable or unnecessary.

If your proposed development is not able to comply with a development standard in a Local Environmental Plan (LEP), we can provide advice and prepare a SEPP 1 Objection to include with the development application.
